Jurij started his testing career more than 10 years ago. Having a cryptography mathematician degree he worked with ATM’s security issues, later switching to testing; beginning with manual and continuing to grow the expertise in test management, test automation and performance, which resulted in his current position as a Team Lead working on the projects in various industries as finance, art, machinery and even both soft and hard commodities. Paying more attention to the tricky usability fails observed during his career, he thinks that usability is a pretty often underrated leftover area in testing, which without a doubt is a direct way to better understand the end user, and make the user interaction with the system enjoyable and effective. Outside of work Jurij can be found in the swimming pool teaching swimming of free-diving.
